Hunkemöller approached us late last year if we would be interested in taking over the image retouch for their campaigns. Since image retouch is one of the core competences of Edge Company, we picked up the gauntlet with success!

When Hunkemöller launched Doutzen Kroes as the new face of Hunkemöller, they announced this to the world with a vast marketing campaign. Among the materials used were prints on canvas in large format. They were meant to be shown in their shop windows and out of home items.
Unfortunately, the first pre-production results were quite disappointing and not in accordance with the approved tests.
Hunkemöller then advised their print production supplier to get in touch with us and sort things out. As it turned out, they had used their latest machine for this massive job. A machine which was still calibrated to factory settings...
Our colour management specialists were quick to generate a brand-new printer-specific colour profile to solve the problem. Using this approach no changes to the machine and settings were necessary! And the prints turned out exactly according to the approved tests!
